Where does IROIRO GIFTS ship from?

Our products are manufactured and shipped from premium factories across East and Southeast Asia, and Some products from Spain and Europe. These factories adhere to strict local, national, and international regulations and possess certifications from recognized international organizations, ensuring worker health, safety, and fair wages. At IROIRO GIFTS, we are committed to supporting the well-being of all stakeholders in our value chain. We will be sharing more about our commitment on our Responsibility page in 2024.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you wish to track your order or haven't received the tracking link notification, please contact our support team via email. Upon your request, our support team will send you a notification, including a tracking link where you can view the current status of your package. If you still haven't received the order tracking notification or need further assistance, please reach out to us at support@iroirogifts.com.au, and we'll gladly check the status for you.

 

What should I do if I have questions about a product or need to make changes to my order after it's been dispatched?

For any product-related inquiries, such as product details, country of origin, shipping location, or standard delivery times, we recommend reaching out to our support team before you place the order. They will be happy to assist with any questions you may have. According to our Policy, please note that we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes to your order once it has been dispatched or is in transit.


Can I change or update my order?

Due to our efficient order processing system, it is generally not possible to change or update your order once it has been placed. However, if you contact us promptly at support@iroirogifts.com.au, our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note that while we strive to assist you, changes may not always be possible.
